Reporting an OutageDuring Working Hours:
When you call, please have the name and location number that is assigned to the account ready for our answering service. This eliminates errors and is helpful to us. If you do not have your location number (which is listed on your bill), we will need the member name, phone number and service address. After Hours:Call us anytime, we will come out whenever you call. You do not have to wait until our office opens.
