Reporting an Outage

During Working Hours:

• Lancaster:
  • 7:00 a.m. till 4:30 p.m.

• Gays Mills:
  • 7:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m.
  • Phone numbers are 608-735-4313 or 888-735-4314.
• Darlington:
  • 7:00 a.m. till 3:30 p.m.
  • Phone numbers are 608-776-4415 or 800-236-6656.

When you call, please have the name and location number that is assigned to the account ready for our answering service. This eliminates errors and is helpful to us. If you do not have your location number (which is listed on your bill), we will need the member name, phone number and service address.

After Hours:

Call us anytime, we will come out whenever you call. You do not have to wait until our office opens.

• Lancaster:
  • The answering service is Cooperative Response Center (CRC) and is located in Austin, Minnesota. Call using 800-236-2141 on after-hours calls. CRC will call our linemen and give them the pertinent information.
• Gays Mills:
  • The answering service is CRC, the same as Lancaster. Use the 888-735-4314 number for reporting outages after hours.
• Darlington:
  • The answering service is CRC, the same as Lancaster. Use the 800-236-6656 number for reporting outages after hours.
